SLEEPY HOLLOW ESTATES


Sleepy HollowSleepy Hollow Estates is the closest Estate Community to the Town of Stouffville. It is located just north and west of Bethesda Sideroad and 10th Line.  The entrance to this community is right beside the Sleepy Hollow Golf and Country Club. 

Sleepy Hollow is sought after for its acre plus properties, beautiful large homes and close knit community spirit. The W.I.S.H (Women of Sleepy Hollow) volunteer their time to community events. There is a community BBQ in the summer, a pub night in the Fall and most years around Valentines Day they organize a dance at the Sleepy Hollow Golf and Country Club.

It is a true golf club community in that most homes back onto the golf course, with the course weaving in, out and around the homes.  Its proximity to all amenities provides another reason why buyers love Sleepy Hollow.   The commuter train (the GO train) is located down 10th line, quaint main street is 5 minutes away and big box shopping is not much farther away.

TRAIL OF THE WOODS

CAMELOT ESTATES (LAKEWOODS)


Lakewoods FallCamelot Estates (also known as Lakewoods) is an mostly forested estate community in the North—Eastern section of the Township of Whitchurch-Stouffville. It is located north of Aurora Road, just west of the York-Durham Town line. This community is just 45 minutes from the Toronto International Airport via the 407 and 30 minutes to Toronto.

This neighbourhood is mostly forested.  It has it’s own nature trails throughout, for your evening constitutional.

The two streets are Lakewoods and Odgen.  The first homes started construction after July 2003 so this neighbourhood is relatively new.  Approximately 58 lots, most with homes on them, are nestled on one or more acre properties.  Many of the homes in this area are designed in the popular French Country style.

PRESTON LAKE ESTATES - West Shore (Preston Lake Beach Club)

Established in the late 1990s as a beach front estate community; it is located east off of Woodbine Ave, north of Bloomington. 

This unique community offers a private beach with playground, park, picnic area and dock.  The community association (yearly fee of approximately $500) also offers to its residents the use of canoes, paddle boats etc.

Preston Lake is a natural glacier Kettle Lake with a strong residents association determined to keep this lake clean.  There are three distinct communities on this lake, the North Shore, South Shore and West Shore communities.

There are just under 50 properties on approximately one acre lots in this Estate Community.  Living by the lake while being in close proximity to the 404 and Toronto makes this a very desirable community.



FOREST TRAIL ESTATES
